Why Practice Naked Yoga?

Practicing yoga without clothing can offer physical, emotional and psychological benefits for people seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and others.

  1. Enhanced Body Acceptance - Practicing clothing-free can help people embrace and accept their bodies outside of societal expectations and judgment. It can foster self-love while reducing shame and insecurity.
  2. Increased Comfort & Freedom - Without clothing, movement can feel more natural and unrestricted. No bunching fabric, no distraction—just direct connection with your body.
  3. Deeper Mind-Body Connection - Removing the barrier of clothing can encourage greater mindfulness, helping participants become more present with breath, movement and sensation.
  4. Skin Comfort - Movement generates heat and sweat. Practicing without restrictive clothing can simply feel more comfortable and freeing.

Important

All events are intended for educational and entertainment purposes, and attendees participate at their own discretion and responsibility. Every activity is consensual, respectful and professionally guided, and all guests are expected to honor the space and one another.

What To Expect

We meet outdoors in a resort-style, clothing-optional setting that faces south for warmth and sunshine. Most of the time, the class is held outside, and when the weather calls for it, we move indoors and keep the experience comfortable and connected. Arriving early gives you time to settle in, meet other guests, and ease into the atmosphere before class begins.

Whether we’re outdoors in the open yard or indoors on a cooler day, this is not a typical yoga studio experience.

  • No mirrors.
  • No rows of people staring at the back of the person in front of them.
  • Just a more relaxed, connected, human-centered experience.

Once you arrive, you’re free to participate at your own pace. There’s no pressure to do anything quickly or a certain way, and the space is designed so you can feel comfortable, relaxed and present. After class, you’re welcome to stay for the social hour and enjoy the pool, hot tub and lounge time with the group.

We have multiple yogis who rotate leading practice. Each brings a unique energy and focus that adapts to the needs of the current gathering.

S6O9 Sunday: Nude Yoga

November 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM MST S6O9 - Denver, CO

Station 6 Over 9 is a private, clothing-optional environment where curiosity, personal freedom and respect for boundaries coexist in a culture of emotional and physical safety. People come here to explore connection, practice self-care and experience parts of themselves that everyday life doesn’t always make space for.

Some guests come for a specific event. Others come simply to experience the environment itself. Depending on the gathering, you may encounter nudity, playful or sensual vibes, open conversation, artistic expression, or simply people enjoying a uniquely accepting atmosphere.

If this is your first time in a space like this, feeling curious, unsure, excited, or slightly nervous is completely normal. You are never expected to participate in anything that does not feel right for you. The expectation is simple: respect the environment, communicate clearly and allow others that same freedom.

In Case You Were Curious

No. This is a guided nude yoga experience held in a respectful, clothing-optional social wellness space. It is not a sexual event, and everyone is expected to honor consent, personal boundaries and the intended tone of the experience.
S6O9 is run by Greg and Rick, who have deep experience hosting this kind of event. They’ve built a welcoming space where people can gather, unwind, connect and enjoy a clothing-optional experience grounded in care and respect.
Expect a relaxed, welcoming environment focused on self-connection, body acceptance and being present. The class is designed to feel human, grounded, and low-pressure rather than performative or intimidating.
People attend for many reasons: curiosity, body acceptance, freedom of movement, relaxation, community, or simply to try something new in a respectful setting. Guests are not all one “type,” and you do not need to look a certain way or have prior experience to belong here.
Boundaries and consent are foundational here. You are never expected to participate in anything that does not feel right for you, and the expectation for everyone is simple: be respectful, communicate clearly and allow others the same freedom.
That is completely okay. This class welcomes beginners through advanced practitioners, and you are not expected to be flexible, experienced or especially confident to attend.
No. You can arrive, settle in, and move at your own pace. The environment is meant to help people feel comfortable, not pressured.
The yoga class is nude only. It makes it for an even platform of safety and courage for everyone. Women have worn garments during their period.
Yes. Doors open at 12:00 PM, yoga begins at 1:00 PM, and late arrivals are not admitted after doors close in order to protect the space and the experience for everyone. If traffic may delay you, your confirmation email will include a text number to use.
Yoga can move indoors to a climate-controlled space when needed. The event still keeps its relaxed social feel, and guests are welcome to socialize and enjoy the space, including the hot tub before and after class, as conditions allow.
There are outdoor ramps, but some indoor areas include steps, and the hot tub does not have a chair lift. If accessibility is important for your visit, it is a good idea to contact the host ahead of time so you can confirm whether the space will work well for you.

For questions or concerns regarding this or any event, you can call or text Greg at (720) 333-7421. If you prefer email, please reach out to events@station6over9.com.
